How an enquiry runs
From first message to first shipment.
You send the requirement
Product, dosage form, target market, volume and whether you already hold a registration. If you have a reference product or artwork, send it — it halves the back-and-forth.
We confirm feasibility and documents
Within two working days you receive a written response covering availability, the registration route for your market, and which documents we can supply.
Samples and quotation
Samples for laboratory or field evaluation, plus a quotation with Incoterms, packaging options and a realistic production window.
Order, production, release
Production against a signed specification. Batch records, COA and shipping documents released with the goods; pre-shipment inspection welcome.
