Privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated: 4 November 2026. This template must be reviewed against the law of your jurisdiction and the markets you sell into before publication.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Greenman Bio-Pharmaceuticals (Shanxi) Co., Ltd., registered at No. 133, Xikuang North Road, Ruicheng County, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, China, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For any question about this notice, or to exercise a right described below, write to cathy.yao@rclvman.com.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry data — the name, company, email address, country, telephone number and requirement description you submit through a form, by email or by WhatsApp.
  • Technical data — browser type, approximate region, pages viewed and referring source, collected in aggregate through analytics.
  • Correspondence — the content and history of our exchanges, retained so that a quotation or specification can be traced later.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at consumers. We do not collect payment card data: transactions between companies are handled by bank transfer under a separate contract.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation — the basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
  • To meet export, customs and pharmacovigilance obligations — the basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
  • To improve the website and understand which pages are useful — the basis is our legitimate interest in operating an effective business-to-business site.
  • To send occasional product or regulatory updates — only where you have opted in, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to record aggregate traffic only, with IP addresses truncated. Where consent is required by the law applicable to you, a consent banner will request it before any non-essential cookie is set.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with parties who help us operate: our email and hosting providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers where a shipment requires it, and our own professional advisers. Each is bound by a contract limiting use to the stated purpose.

We do not sell, rent or trade contact data. We do not share your customer list, volumes or commercial terms with other clients. If a registration authority or a court requires disclosure, we will disclose the minimum necessary and, where lawful, tell you first.

6. International transfers

Our operations are based in China and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where data leaves the country in which it was collected, we rely on appropriate safeguards — standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism — and apply the same protection standards described here.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship — up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Customer and transaction records — for the period required by tax, customs and pharmaceutical record-keeping rules, typically 5 to 10 years.
  • Analytics data — in aggregate only, up to 26 months.

8. Your rights

Subject to local law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, a restriction on processing, a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address in section 1; we respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

9. Security

Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it to answer you. Connections to this site are encrypted. We keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available.

10. Changes

If this notice changes materially, the revised version will be published here with a new date. Continued use of the site after that date indicates acceptance of the revision.

This document is a working template provided as a starting point for a business-to-business website. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction before the site goes live.
