Brand owners
You have distribution and a brand identity but no manufacturing licence. We become your plant.
We manufacture under your label, from your formulation or ours. You keep the brand, the customer relationship and the registration. We handle production, quality release, packaging and the technical file that registration depends on.
You have distribution and a brand identity but no manufacturing licence. We become your plant.
You already hold a marketing authorisation and need a second, lower-cost source of supply.
You resell other people's brands and want your own label on the shelf at a better margin.
You bid on public or NGO veterinary tenders and need volume, consistency and documents on time.
Most clients start with model 1 and move to model 3 as their market matures.

What we cannot do. We cannot register a product in your country on your behalf, and we cannot supply a product that is unregistered there. Registration is held by a licence holder in the destination market — usually you, sometimes your local agent. Our role is to make your submission approvable and your supply chain defensible.
Working terms in short. OEM minimum batch 2 000 units for most presentations. Toll manufacturing on customer-supplied materials is accepted, subject to qualification of the material supplier and its certificate of analysis. Development samples take around 15 days once the specification is agreed. Formulation development from a reference product is available in-house.
Written so you can see what you are committing to before you commit.
Product, dosage form, strength, target market, annual volume, whether you already hold a registration. One page is enough. We reply within two working days with feasibility and the questions we still need answered.
Signed before any formulation, artwork or customer list is exchanged. Two-way, standard terms, our template or yours. No development work starts without it.
We confirm the formulation route, packaging specification, batch size and price at your requested Incoterm. Quotation states what is included and what is charged separately — artwork, tooling, stability studies.
Development or representative samples in around 15 days once the specification is agreed, for your laboratory and, where useful, a field trial with your own customers. Sample cost is credited against the first commercial order.
We send dielines and a print proof. You approve in writing. Regulatory text — product name, active ingredient, withdrawal period, batch and expiry layout — must satisfy your market's rules; we flag conflicts but the approval is yours.
Manufactured against a signed specification. Batch record, in-process controls and finished-product COA released to you. Pre-shipment inspection by your own inspector or a third party is welcome at any time.
Rolling forecast, fixed specification, agreed lead time. Changes to formulation, supplier or process are notified to you in writing before they take effect.
This is the question every brand owner asks, usually in the second email. Here is the answer in writing, before you ask.
Practical note on batch size. The OEM minimum is 2 000 units for most presentations, and a first order does not need to be a container. Many clients validate the market with one batch and scale from there. Product minimums differ — powders are ordered by weight, vials by unit — so ask for the figure that applies to your specific product rather than assuming.
Include the dosage form, strength and target annual volume if you know them. You will get feasibility, the registration route and an indicative price — usually within two working days.
